Chicken Ameretto Recipe
Ingredients 4 6-8oz.chicken breasts boneless 6 oz. ameretto liquer 6 oz. chicken stock 8 oz. sliced mushrooms olive oil flour salt pepper to taste dredge Preparation pound chicken with meat mallet until about 1/4 in. thick dredge in flour saute in olive oil on med. heat until almost cooked through add mushrooms ameretto chicken stock simmer about 5 min. serve over angel hair pasta or rice
