Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients 5 eggs. 2 1/2 cups caster sugar. 300 mil canola oil. 1/4 cup expresso coffee. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence or paste. 250 good quality chocolate, melted. 2 cups flour. 2 teaspoons baking powder. 1 cup cocoa. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon. 200 mil milk. Chocolate Ganache: 200 grams good quality dark chocolate. (50%) 1/2 cup cream. Preparation Preheat oven to 150c. Using an electric mixture.
