Ingredients 6.4oz/119g egg yolks 3.5oz/99g granulated sugar 2 liq oz/59ml water 10oz/284g bittersweet chocolate 4oz/113g cappuccino couverature 4oz/113 g unsalted butter 1oz/28g cappuccino compound 16 liq oz/473 ml heavy cream Preparation In mixer whip egg yolks unti thickened.
