Preparation
Sprinkle on the brown sugar to thinly coat.
Cut ham into ‘steaks’, about 1/4 thick.
Sprinkle on seasonings,
Pour in cider 1/4 in.
Cover with foil semi-tightly, put in 350 oven for 20 mins. (check to see if hot enough)
