Ingredients

10 oz. goat cheese

1 bunch fresh basil, washed and trimmed

4 cloves garlic, minced

six or seven chopped sun-dried tomatoes

About 1/4 c. good olive oil

Preparation

Take the goat cheese out of its container (the kind I use is in rounds). Cut the cheese into rounds and place the rounds in an attractive pie plate or other dish. Bake this for about 20 minutes at 325.

While the goat cheese is baking, chop the basil and put it into a medium sized bowl. Chop the tomatoes and add to the basil. Add the garlic and olive oil. Mix all of this together. When the goat cheese comes out of the oven, empty the bowl containing the basil and sun-drieg tomatoes right on top of the goat cheese. Spread it around just so that most of the cheese is covered.

Serve with sturdy crackers or garlic rounds.

This can be very easily enlarged.
