Ingredients
Dozen Eggs (Egglands Best are best)
1 qt. heavy cream
1 qt. milk
1.5 Cups sugar
0.5 to 0.67 Cup Bourbon
0.25 to 0.33 Cup Rum
Preparation
Separate eggs Beat whites until stiff with 0.5 cup sugar Beat yolks until light with 1.0 cup sugar Beat heavy cream until stiff Thoroughly mix above with 1 qt. of milk. Add Bourbon and Rum and thoroughly mix Refrigerate
