Ingredients
2 -2.5 lbs of boneless beef top round steak
1 onion chopped
1 fajita seasoning packet
14 oz. can of diced tomatoes - undrained
1 red bell pepper cut into 1" pieces
1/4 C flour
1/4 C water
Preparation
Trim and cut beef into 2" pieces. Combine with onion in crockpot. Mix together the fajita seasoning and tomatoes and pour over beef. Put peppers on top. Cook 6 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
If you used the diced tomatoes… (**Combine flour and water. Stir well to mix and add to crockpot. Cook on high another 15 - 20 minutes until thickened.)
