Ingredients
4-8 lamb chops. (shoulder or loin)
2-3 packets of low sodium beef boullion seasoning (depends on how many chops.
seasoned salt
pepper
oil (for searing)
Preparation
preheat oven to 350'
season chops with seasoned salt.
generously sprinkle beef bouillon seasoning on chops
lightly pepper them
oil hot pan and lay chops (seasoned-side down) to brown. season other side and brown.
place chops in baking dish (overlapping wo’nt hurt), cover pan with foil and bake for about 20 minutes.
note* oven time depends on how you like it.
