Ingredients

1 medium head of caulifower,broken into florets

1 cup fresh or frozsen peas

1/2 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 can (8oz) sliced water chestnuts

1 medium red pepper , chopped

DRESSING

1 cup mayonaise

1 Tablespoon sugar

2 Tablespoon grated Paramesan cheese

1 teaspoon vinegar

1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

In a large salad bowl, combine cauliflower ,peas,water chestnuts, bacon and red pepper. Combine dressing ingredients: pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
