Ingredients
200 g (1 cup) butter or margarine
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup plain flour or rice flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 30x20cm baking pan
Preparation
- Preheat oven 350 F
- Melt butter and cocoa in a pot. Do not boil.
- Add sugar and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
- Remove pot from heat and stir in the flour
- Beat in the eggs
- Grease a 30x20 cm pan
- Spread the mixture evenly in the pan
- Bake 20-25 min. Let cool in the pan
