Ingredients
8 ounces ground pork.
1 tablespoon chili powder.
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin.
1/4 teaspoon garlic.
1 teaspoon sugar.
1/8 teaspoon salt.
Preparation
Put a few drops of warm tap water in the bottom of a measuring cup. Mix in the sugar and salt until it thoroughly dissolves. Set it aside for a moment. Add ground pork to a large, vacuum freezer bag. Add everything else to bag, and, with your hands on the outside, thoroughly mix the seasoning into the pork. Let this sit overnight sealed in the freezer bag in your refrigerator.
