Ingredients
2 LB Ground chuck
1/2 tube chorizo
1 large white onion
1 can crushed green chilli peppers
1 28 oz can red kidney beans
1 can northern white beans
1 can tomato paste
1 1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayene
1 tsp chilli powder
Preparation
brown the ground beef and onion and spices in a pan, drain the grease and set aside. In a seperate pan cook chorizo, drain set aside. In a large pot poor the kidney beans with juice in drian the nothern white beans and add to the pot. slow cook beans for 1 hour to break them down. Add green chilis, chorizo and beef mixture to pot. Mix together well, and cook on low for 4 hours. Add water ater 2 hours cooking.
