Ingredients

Salad:

1 large head of romaine, finely chopped 1/4" strips

1 large tomato, seeded, cubed

1 medium red onion chopped

1 large avocado cubed

3 oz. blue cheese

Dressing:

3/4 cup canola

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

1 clove minced garlic

1 tsp salt

4 tsp sugar

pepper to taste

Preparation

Chop all vegetables into uniform sized cubes and layer in sections over strips of romaine. Top with blue cheese. Drizzle with dressing.

For dressing: Mix canola oil, white wine vinegar, minced garlic, salt, sugar and pepper to taste.
