Ingredients

1 lb. chicken livers, cooked in bacon fat and chopped coarsely.

Mix in bowl:

1 chopped onion

2 chopped hard-boiled eggs

1 chopped garlic clove

1 grated carrot

Pinches of: dry mustard parsley

marjoram

black pepper

paprika

Preparation

Mix chicken livers with spices. Add just enough mayonnaise to make it creamy. Refrigerate at least one day; longer is better.
