Ingredients

1 1/2pound pork. 1 cup cr. of mush soup

2 cup chopped celery. 1 cup cr. of chick soup

2 cups onions chopped. 1 cup bean sprouts (drained

1/2 cup uncooked brown rice

1 cup water

3 T. Soy sauce

Preparation

Brown meat until tender, add onions, celery & sauté Few minutes longer. Add rest of ingredients. Turn into casserole & top with buttered crumbs
