Ingredients

2 onions

6 large potatoes

Bone-in Chuck roast 2-3 lbs

boneless chuck

1 package Goodmans onion Soup

1 lg can Baked Beans

ketchup

1/2 c barley

12-15 dried prunes

Preparation

Soak barley in hot water. Cut onioms in half and place on bottom. Cut 4 potatoes into 3-4 pieces and layer on top. Rub meat w/ onion soup mix and place in pot. ketchup on top of meat. Add beans. Add barley to pot.Add another 1-2 potatoes on top. Add prunes. Add boiling water almost to top and cook on low heat
