Ingredients

4 Bell Peppers

1/2 cup oil

2 cloves Garlic

2 teaspoons Oregano

Preparation

remove outside of 4 Bell Peppers and slice into 2 inch strips

Brown on both sides in 1/2 cup cooking oil.

Remove from pan and place in shallow dish

Add to oil left in pan 2 finally chopped fresh garlic cloves and 2 tsp. fresh or dried oregano

Pour over peppers and allow to stand a half-hour before eating.
