Ingredients

2 squares unsweetened chocolate

1/3 cup sweet butter

2 tspn Amaretta

3 cups powdered sugar

4 egg yolks

1/2 tspn cinnamon

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation

Melt chocolate and butter of very low heat. If your stove can’t produce very low heat, use a double boiler. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in Amaretto, cinnamon, and powdered sugar. Add egg yolks one at a time until smooth.

Chill mixture. Roll into balls and then roll in cocoa to coat. Chill and store in wax paper.
