Ingredients

5 Eggs separated

1 Tsp vanilla

8 oz sweet or semisweet chocolate

12 ladyfingers, halved

Grated chocolate to taste

Whipped cream.

Preparation

Melt chocolate. Add vanilla and beaten egg yolks to chocolate and beat. Fold into stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour small amount of chocolate mixture into waxed paper lined mold. Place ladyfingers around the sides of the mold (dipped in the chocolate).and pour remaining chocolate mixture into the mold and top with ladyfingers. Refrigerate overnight or at least 12 hrs. Turn the mold out onto a serving platter and garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
