Ingredients

4-OZ sweet butter, softened

1 cup sugar

3 large eggs, at room temperature

pinch of salt

¼ tsp. baking powder

1 cup flour

¾ cup chocolate syrup

2 tsp. vanilla

¾ cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 350º F

In a mixer with the paddle attachment, cream together the sugar & butter Add the eggs, on at a time

In a bowl mix the flour, salt & baking powder together Add the egg mixture

Add the chocolate syrup, vanilla & nuts, stir to combine Pour batter into prepared pan

Bake until tester comes out clean, about 30-40 minutes

Cool brownies (in the pan), before cutting into squares

Store brownies in an airtight container, refrigerated or at room temperature until ready to use
