Ingredients
5 strawberries
2 oz chocolate shaveings
50g sugar
50ml water
1 orange rind
Preparation
1- hollow out the strawberries and cut tips off saving the tips for later 2- stand strawberries up on a bake sheet and stuff them with th chocolate shaveings 3- boil the sugar and water with the orange rind to create a syrup 4- place the strawberries in a 375 degree oven and bake until chocolate is melted (approximatly 5 min) 5- place strawberries on plate and cap the strawberries with the bottoms that were left over 6- drizzle with the orange simple syrup
