Ingredients

8 Tbs Butter (Unsalted is better)

8 Oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips

3/4 Cup Sour Cream

Preparation

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. When thoroughly melted remove from heat and let cool 5 minutes. Whisk in sour cream. If it is still to hot allow to cool in fridge for a SHORT period of time, it will stiffen if left in too long.
