Ingredients

1 c flour

1/4 c sugar

1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 c butter

Preparation

Preheat overn to 325. In med bowl combine flour, sugar and cocoa. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until it resembles fine crumbs. Work mixture with your hands until it clings together. Shape into a smooth ball. On ungreased cookie sheet, put or roll (w/floured rolling pin) into a 8" sq. Score lightly pressing a knife into dough to make 32 rectangles, each 2x1"; do not seperate.

bake 20-25 min until firm in center. While warm, cut into rectangles along scored lines. Cook on wire rack.
