Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter

1 cup sugar

a pinch of salt

6 tablespoons cocoa

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Stir the sugar, salt, cocoa, and milk well before starting to heat so that it won’t crystalize. Stir for one minute once it begins to boil, then take it off the heat and stir in the butter and vanilla. If not using it all right away, it keeps well in the fridge. Scoop out as much as you need, zap in the microwave for a few seconds and it’s like you just made it.
