Ingredients

3/4 c. flour

4 1/2 t baking powder

1/2 c. sugar

1 1/2 T cocoa

1/3 c. cream

2 oz. grated dark chocolate

3/4 t water

1 1/2 T butter

1/2 c. dark brown sugar

1/4 c. cream

1 1/2 c. coffee

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix first first 4 ingredients just until combined. Add next 4 ingredients and mix until combined; do not overmix. 3)Put mixture in 8X8 pan.
  3. Combine brown sugar and cocoa; spread over bottom layer.
  4. Pour the coffee over the cake.
  5. Bake 20 - 25 min. checking frequently.
