Ingredients
2 C heavy cream
1/3 C sugar
1 t vanilla paste
6 egg yolks
12 oz bittersweet chocolate, cut into pieces
Preparation
Bring cream, sugar and vanilla to boil in saucepan. Whisk yolks in a bowl. Whisk about 1/3 of cream into eggs. While stirring, reheat cream and add remainder to eggs as well. Strain into bowl and add chopped chocolate. Whisk smooth and pour into decorative cups.
