Ingredients

2 cups Confectioners’ sugar

1 can evaporated milk

1 cup butter

2/3 cup semisweet choc. chips

1 package oreo’s

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

1-1/2 cups chopped peanuts

Preparation

In large saicepan, combine the confectioners’ sugar, milk, 1/2 butter, & choc. chips. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. stir for bout’ 8 min. or until thickened. Refrigerate until cool. In blener,put oreo’s in & crush. In large bowl, melt remaning butter: stir w/ oreo’s. press into a 13 in. X 9 in. X 2 in. dish. Refrigerate until firm. Spread ice cream over crust:freeze. Stir peanuts into chilled choc. mix. Spread over ice cream. Cover & freeze until firm or frozen. ENJOY!!!!!
