Ingredients
2 c soy milk
1 c coconut milk
2 c honey/maple syrup
1/2 c cocoa
1/2 c peanut butter
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Use ice cream machine according to instructions. an alternative is to freeze the mixture until almost frozen, blend, and refreeze.
