Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter

2/3 cup unsalted butter, softened

2/3 cup granulated sugar

2/3 cup light brown sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/8 tsp salt

2 tsp vanilla

12 oz. semisweet choc chips

8 cups Rice Krispies

Preparation

Cream together peanut butter, butter, and sugars. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in salt, soda, powder, and vanilla. Slowly add Rice Krispies and chocolate chips. Drop by large rounded tablespoon (I actually find a cookie scooper works the best) onto ungreased cookie sheets, and bake at 325 degrees for about 8 minutes. or until cookies are lightly brown and appear cooked in the center.
