Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1 bag milk chocolate chips
Preparation
Set oven to 325F and lightly grease muffin pans. In a bowl, mix together butter, peanut butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix well. Add flour and baking soda and mix well. Roll mixture into 1 inch balls and place in muffin pans. Heat for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and drop handful of chocolate chips into centre of cups while they are still hot. Let cool and remove from pan.
