Ingredients
1 (9 inch) pie crust
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups assorted nuts
3 eggs beaten lightly
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Sprinkle chocolate chips over unbaked pie crust. Top with nuts. Mix eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, and vanilla. Pour over nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
