Ingredients

6 heaping Tablespoons flour

1 cup sugar

3 Tablespoons cocoa

2 cups milk

1 teaspoon vanilla (or mint extract, coffee extract, or almond extract) 1 1/4 lb butter

3 to 4 beaten egg yolks

Optional: replace 1 Tablespoon flour with 1 Tablespoon corn starch for stiffer mousse

Preparation

Cook first 4 ingredients until very thick (hard to stir). Remove from stove and add butter until melted. Then add yolks slowly, then add vanilla or other extract.

Spoon into decorative dessert dishes and chill.
