Ingredients
1/2 C. Whole Milk
3 T. Sugar
1/4 tsp. instant Espresso
1 C. Bittersweet Chocolate chips
Milk
3 egg whites
Preparation
In a small sauce pan, stir first three ingredients together over medium heat. Don’t bring to a boil.
In a blender chop the chocolate chips.
Pour milk mixture over and blend.
Add 3 egg whites and blend.
Pour into 6 small bowl or ramikins. Place in the frig for about 3 hours until “set”.
Top with berry mixture.
(1 C. whipping cream 1/4 C. Powdered Sugar 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon 1/4 tsp. Cayenne
Whip until cream is fluffly but can be poured on top of mousse when you are ready to serve.)
