Ingredients
6 1 oz bittersweet chocolate
2 1 oz semisweet chocolate
10 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
3 large eggs
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tablespoons orange liquer
preheat to 425F
Preparation
grease 6 6oz custard cups. melt chocolate and butter in doubleboilers. add flour and sugar to chocolate. Stir in eggs and yolks until smooth. stir in vanilla and orage luquer. Divide evenly among custard cups.
bake for 14 minutes edges should be firm but center will be runny. run a knife around teh edges to losena dn invert onto dessert plates.
