Ingredients
8 oz of a Good BITTERSWEET chocoalte or 8 Bittersweet Chocolate squares.
2 Tablespoons BUTTER(salted,room temperature)
1 1/4 cups GROUND ALMONDS
2 EGGS (room temperatue)
3/4 cup SUGAR
1/2 cup ICING SUGAR
Preparation
Melt chocolate over double boiler or in Microwave.When smooth, add almonds, stir and let cool. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.Add (fold) into chocolate mixture. Put in fridge for about an hour or until able to roll. Coat your hands with icing sugar and form little balls;roll in icing sugar and place on cookie sheet. Cool another 10 minutes (IMPORTANT!!) Bake for 8-10 minutes,or until top cracks and had risen.
