Ingredients

2 eggs

2 egg yolks

70 Grams butter (2.5 oz)

4 tbsp sugar

100 Garms of Dark Chocolate (3.5 oz)

3 Table spoon flour

4 tea spoon cocoa powder

pinch salt

Few Drops of vanilla

Preparation

  • Beat the Eggs, egg yolks and sugar until you get a foamy light yellow mix.

  • Break the chocolate into small pieces add the butter and melt in your lowest setting in the microwave or over a bain marie. You want to have a smooth liquid, like chocolate syrup.

  • Mix the chocolate with the eggs and sugar slowly.

  • Sift the flower and cocoa over the mix of eggs and chocolate, add the pinch of salt and Vanilla and mix everything together, you should get a sticky dough.

  • Butter four soufflé cups

  • scoop the batter into the cups make each cup 3/4 full.

  • Cover everything and refrigerate for Half an hour

  • Preheat your over to 425 F or 220 C

  • Put the souffle cups in a small container that you can put in the oven

  • Pour water into the container until you half cover the cups

  • Bake for 15 minutes

  • Let the cool for another 10 - 15 minutes after you take them from the oven.

  • you can eat them straight from the cups or invert them on a plate and serve with ice cream. -Enjoy:-)
