Ingredients

1/2 c vegetable oil

3/4 c cocoa

4 T melted butter

2 t baking powder

2 c granulated sugar

2 t vanilla

2 c flour

1 c confectioner’s sugar

4 eggs

Preparation

  1. Mix oil, chocolate, granulated sugar, and butter. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla, flour, and baking powder. If the dough is still wet, add flour and a little baking powder.
  2. Chill overnight.
  3. Shape 1 t of dough into a ball and roll in confectioner’s sugar.
  4. Place 2" apart on parchment paper on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes and remove to cooling rack.
