Ingredients
4 egg whites
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 cup sugar
4 ounces chocolate chips
1/4 teaspoon salt
10 ounces chocolate chips
1 cup nuts (chopped)
Preparation
Beat egg whites, salt and cream of tartar together. Melt 10 ounces of chips and add it to the sugar and chopped nuts. Fold this mixture into the egg white mixture and add the 4 ounces of chocolate chips. Refrigerate 1 hour. Drop top of glazed paper. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into pieces
