Ingredients

1/2 c butter

1/2 c chocolate chips

2 c sugar

3 c minute oats

1/4 c milk

1/4 c cocoa

1/4 c Kahlua

1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Combine butter, sugar, milk, kahlua, cocoa and chocolate chips in saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in oats and vanilla. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper placed on a cookie sheet. Refrigerate overnight.
