Ingredients

2 cups self - raising flour

¼ cup caster sugar

1 cup white Chocolate bits

100g chocolate coated honeycomb, chopped coarsely

1 egg, beaten lightly

60g butter, melted

1 cup buttermilk (250ml)

¼ cup honey

1 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to moderately hot. Grease 12 - hole muffin pan.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, Chocolate Bits and honeycomb in a large bowl; stir in combined remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Bake in moderately hot oven about 20 minutes.
