Ingredients
10 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup hot whipping cream
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
Preparation
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from over water. Whisk in cream and butter. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and let stand at room temperature. Whisk over simmering water until melted before continuing.) Let glaze stand until just cool to touch. Use immediately.
