2 Cups Coarsley Chopped Chocolate or Semisweet Chocolate Chips
2 Cups Heavy Cream
Preparation
Over a medium flame, heat cream until it registers 110 degrees on a candy themometer. Pour over chocolate and whisk until cream and chocolate are incorportated.
