Ingredients

4 oz bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped

1/2 cup heavy cream

3 tbs butter

1 tbs light corn syrup

Preparation

Put chocolate in heat proof medium bowl. In small sauce pan heat heavy cream, corn syrup and salt until hot but not boiling. Immediatly pour over chocolate. Let stand 5 min then whisk till smooth. Let frosting cool, stirring occasionally, about 30 min to an hour
