Ingredients
Frosting:
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cake:
1 box Graham Crackers
2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
1 container cool whip (small)
3 cups milk
Preparation
Make frosting first. Mix cocoa, milk, butter and sugar and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 full minute. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla, stir well and set aside to cool.
Make cake. Mix pudding and milk. Fold in the cool whip. Put a layer of graham crackers on the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Put 1/2 of the pudding mixture on the crackers then top with another layer of crackers, pudding and ending with crackers on top. Pour cooled frosting on top.
