Ingredients
6 Earl Grey tea bags/ 2 tblsp. loose Earl Grey
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter/1 stick
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate melted and cooled
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup plain yogurt
Preparation
Heat oven to 350. Coat flute pan with cooking spray. Brew tea in water 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bags or strain tea leaves and set aside. Beat butter, eggs and sugar until fluffy. Blend in chocolate. Beat in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and yogurt and brewed tea. Pour into pan. Bake 50 minutes or do knife test. Dust with confectioners sugar.
