Ingredients

1 Cup flower

1/2 Cup Pecans

1 stick butter

1 Cup Powerdered Surgar

2 Boxes Instant Chocolate putting

8 oz. cream cheese

3 cups milk

1 large container of cool-whip

Preparation

CHOCOLATE DELIGHT

FIRST LAYER:

1 c. flour 1 stick butter, softened 1/2 c. pecans

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. confectioners’ sugar 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 lg. (12 oz. container) Cool Whip

THIRD LAYER:

2 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) instant chocolate pudding 3 c. milk

First layer: combine ingredients until crumbly and pat into 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or microwave on high for 5 minutes. Cool. Second layer: Mix sugar and cheese until light and fluffy and fold in Cool Whip. Spoon onto crust.

Third Layer: Combine until smooth. Spread over second layer.

Fourth Layer: Spread remaining Cool Whip on top, then sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate. Serves 8. Christmas Delight: 1 package instant pistachio pudding, 1 package instant vanilla pudding
