Ingredients
1 pound of semi sweet chocolate
10 tablespoons of butter
2 ounces of Grand Marnier
1 ounce Cognac
1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
6 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
Preparation
Melt chocolate and butter until melted. Remove from heat and whisk in Grand Marnier, Cognac, espresso powder. Set aside until cool. Beat eggs with sugar for 5 minutes. Gradually add in chocolate mixture. Pour in greased, floured springform. pan, and bake 350 for 45 - 50 minutes.
