Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup veg. oil

2 cups sugar

4 eggs

2 tsp vanilla

2 cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 package chocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix together cocoa, sugar, and veg oil. Beat in eggs, then stir in vanilla.

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into cocoa mixture.

Cover dough; chill for 4 hours in fridge or 1 hour in freezer.

Roll dough into small balls and coat each in powdered sugar before baking.

Bake 10-12 minutes.
