Ingredients
200 gr milk
300 gr 35% cream
100 gr sugar
250 gr chocolate chopped
7 egg yolks
Preparation
Mix egg yolks & sugar till pale yellow. Bring milk & cream to boil. Temper egg/sugar mix and then put over heat till coats a wooden spoon. Remove from heat & add chocolte Stir till melted.Put in separate serving dishes. Add sugar to top and use torch to melt sugar and then serve.
