Ingredients

15 oz. tofu - firm, silken, low-fat

12 oz. dark chocolate

1 tbsp. strong brewed coffee

3 tbsp. Grand Marnier (or the like)

1 prepared pie crust

Preparation

Drain the tofu of excess water, and whip until smooth and creamy.

Melt the chocolate, over medium heat, in a double boiler. When melted, take off the heat and add the coffee and the Grand Marnier.

While whipping the tofu, add the melted chocolate mixture.

Pour into a prepared pie crust and refrigerate overnight.

Serve each slice with an orange wedge.
